- 3+ years in retail, specializing in vertical store, wholesale, or branded apparel
- Prior experience as a merchandise coordinator in an apparel, accessory, or footwear company
- Held a managerial position in department stores, vertical retailers, or specialty stores
- Proficient in training and presenting to small to medium-sized groups on the sales floor
- Skilled in building relationships with store management across different levels
- Well-versed in retail math

- Capable of working independently
- Skilled in negotiating floor space, additional fixtures, etc.
- Possesses superior expertise in visual merchandising
- Experience in dressing mannequins (preferred)
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory and visit multiple store locations
- Effective and timely communication, both verbally and in writing
- Strong at executing and implementing merchandising or creative planograms/directives
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in computer applications (Excel, Word, email, and digital photography)
- Proficient in taking clear, high-quality mirror images (before and after photos of completed work)
- Acts as a client liaison with all store personnel, emphasizes building strong relationships at the store level
- Can lift at least 25 pounds
- Requires a smartphone for reporting purposes, with Android OS 8.0 or higher/Apple iOS 8.0 or higher
- Knowledge of downloading and installing applications on a smartphone
- Capable of uploading reports, including multiple photos, to the reporting site via the app
- Maintains phone OS updates
- Proficient in utilizing Wi-Fi services
