    We are looking for a Manager - Global IT Cloud Infrastructure to manage our talented global infrastructure team responsible for technical areas including Microsoft services, data center, and digital employee experience (DEX). Within the above areas the Manager - Global IT Cloud Infrastructure is a technical manager, responsible for administering systems, providing operational support, managing resources, and assisting with project management. Key to this position is implementation of the long-term strategy and introduction of advanced technologies. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Management responsibilities:
      • Provide training to IT team members, as well as end users on technical subjects.
      • Effectively manage multiple projects with appropriate prioritization direct and indirect resource management, while meeting timing and financial commitments
      • Financial Management (budget preparation and ownership for area of responsibility)
      • Oversee the coordination of support requests and change management to ensure compliance with company policy and zero disruption to business operations.
      • Ensure standardization of infrastructure systems across the global organization.
    • Functional areas:
      • Manage and implement cloud services with a focus on Microsoft Technologies
      • Deliver business-enabling technology by harmonizing devices, applications, and services.
      • Observe technology trends and seek ways to enhance continuous improvement initiatives.
      • Partner with IT operations and business stakeholders to use digital experience monitoring (DEM) and digital employee experience (DEX) management tools to continuously improve support efficiency, self-service, and automation.
    • Implement, monitor, and operate digital workplace technologies (endpoint hardware, software, services, and SaaS tools).

      • After-hours and weekend work may be required to support ongoing global business operation support.
      • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally (25%)

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications
    • 5+ years' experience within IT with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
    • 2+ years' experience with managing employees
    • Proven project management experience
    • Prior experience with server infrastructure, Office365 technologies, and end user management tools.
    • Demonstrated ability to motivate a team to achieve desired results.
    • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
    • Strong leadership skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of company management in a variety of situations.
    • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated problem-solving ability.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Previous experience managing support for multiple applications and processes.
    • Experience with ITIL principles.
    • Previous experience working at a Tier 1 Automotive Supplier.
    • Experience with working and/or managing remote team members.
    EDUCATION
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or similar field. (required)
