    /Job Summary

    Recruiter Job Description

    A fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment where hard work, attention to detail, creativity and professionalism are a must.

    The Recruiter plays a key role in the department's ability to hire quality talent, achieve hiring manager satisfaction and promote the best candidate experience.

    + Develop a strategy to attract qualified applicants.

    + Prescreen candidates pending hiring manager review by calling and emailing.

    + Utilizing the applicant tracking system to manage jobs and candidate workflow and generate recruitment reports.

    + Posting positions on multiple job boards and managing candidate flow.

    + Track and report metrics.

    + Schedule and conduct candidate interviews.

    + Invite and host virtual interviews as well as in person events.

    + Responsible for creating and maintaining an active pipeline of candidates.

    + Source, screen, recruit and present high quality, diverse talent to hiring managers for selection.

    + Manage database and other sourcing tools to proactively connect with candidates and build relationships to create active hires.

    + Partner with agencies/organizations to participate and host job fairs and hiring events.

    + Build relationships with stakeholders to demonstrate the value of having a senior talent acquisition advisor and to better align talent to business needs.

    + Participate in onboarding and employee engagement activities.

    Qualifications:

    + A minimum of 3 years of full life-cycle recruiting, preferably in high volume hourly recruitment.

    + Use of cloud/web-based applicant tracking or automated recruitment modules, mobile applications, and candidate relationship tools.

    + Social and digital recruiting savvy.

    + Database management proficiency.

    + Excellent cold calling skills.

    + Well-developed analytical, decision-making, negotiation, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills.

    + Self-assurance and sound judgment when working with hiring managers and team members.

    + Knowledge and experience in behavior-based and/or competency-based interviewing.

    Education:

    + Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred, or

    + Equivalent experience as Recruiter, HR Manager or senior level HR Generalist

    + HR professional certification a plus
