PreXion is seeking a Sr. Territory Sales Manager for the Dental industry in the South Central Region.The ideal candidate may be based in one of the following locations:
Dallas/Fort Worth, TX
Houston, TX
It's an exciting time to join PreXion Sales Team We are seeking a dynamic addition to our Sales Team as we scale to meet the needs of the business.
About The Position
Achieve corporate forecasted sales goals, Quarterly/Annual in the assigned areas: Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas and Southern Missouri
Build and Support Distributor network with meetings, co travels, office demos to grow PreXion brand and sales.
Plan, Manage and Attend Educational Seminars regularly to educate potential customers and create an ongoing sales pipeline for the territory.
Develop relationships with KOL networkCreate or seek out local dental organizations and study clubs to participate in to create new leads.
Maintain and support existing business relationships.
Attend trade-shows, seminars, clinical courses inside and occasionally, outside the assigned territory.
Track and manage leads efficiently via daily use of an online CRM platform
Territory report completed quarterly to highlight business results (geographically, dealers, competition and opportunities)
Sales Support Responsibilities
Attend local and national seminars to support local markets/reps
Manage budget and enter invoices into an AP system for educational event in the assigned territory
Work with VP-Sales to maintain event calendar and communicate internally to maximize marketing and social media coverage
Responsibilities may be added by VP of Sales as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Minimum 3 years experience in sales related to healthcare, medical or dental products, preferably dental x-ray or 3D-imaging experience.
Dental industry experience is strongly preferred
Experience selling Business to Business and through Distribution sales preferred
Ability to achieve results through customer contacts and supported corporate activities. Ability to develop long term relationships that will assure continued success and growth for the company.
40 to 50% travel with overnight stays required. Including trips into home office in San Jose, CA
A solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required
Must have excellent personal and interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of customers
Experience demonstrating a high degree of self-motivation and attention to detail in a position with little or no supervision (entrepreneurial mindset is helpful)
Must have a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record
Territory Sales Reps must be self-motivated and results driven. Have negotiation and presentation abilities, excellent verbal and communication skills.

Compensation:
From $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
