- Act as the IT subject matter expert for Ancillary & Pharmacy integrations, platforms, and tools
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to gather and analyze requirements
- Manage performance of IT contractors and vendors
- Develop and maintain relationships with IT, business units, and vendors
- Coordinate the delivery of IT solutions using established project management methodology What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fouryear college degree
- 8+ years of experience in various IT roles
- Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, and administrative tools
- Ability to build and maintain relationships across the organization
- Leadership and executivelevel communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Agile & Scrum experience
- Experience working in the healthcare payer space
- Knowledge of X12 EDI transaction sets for Healthcare
- Experience with vendor partners and data integrations
