• Act as the IT subject matter expert for Ancillary & Pharmacy integrations, platforms, and tools
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Manage performance of IT contractors and vendors
• Develop and maintain relationships with IT, business units, and vendors
• Coordinate the delivery of IT solutions using established project management methodology What is Required (Qualifications):
• Fouryear college degree
• 8+ years of experience in various IT roles
• Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, and administrative tools
• Ability to build and maintain relationships across the organization
• Leadership and executivelevel communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Agile & Scrum experience
• Experience working in the healthcare payer space
• Knowledge of X12 EDI transaction sets for Healthcare
• Experience with vendor partners and data integrations
