Valley Mountain Staffing is seeking a qualified CNC Machinist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of CNC machines, including Haas and Fanuc models, to create precision parts according to specifications.

• Set up and operate CNC machines (Haas and Fanuc) to manufacture parts according to engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Perform machine maintenance and ensure all tools are functioning properly.
• Inspect parts for accuracy and quality using precision measuring instruments.
• Maintain detailed records of production output and machine performance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC machines (Haas and Fanuc preferred).
• Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and terminology.
• Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Experience with machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
