- Assess and treat individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues, providing therapy in individual, family, and group settings.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify strengths and challenges, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based psychotherapy interventions.
- Diagnose and manage mental health and substance abuse conditions, offering psychotherapy for various disorders and collaborating with healthcare team members.
- Provide education to patients and families, participate in healthcare teams, and maintain relationships with community resources.
- Document assessments and interventions, uphold quality standards, and engage in continuous professional development.
- Perform various assigned duties within the healthcare facility.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC)
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Experience in Care Coordination, Case Management, and MAT programs.
