    Job Summary:


    The Senior Data Asset Manager is responsible for accelerating Marketing analytics capabilities to improve marketing performance across channels and campaigns.

    Reporting to the Marketing Strategy & Operations Leader - Americas, this role will work cross functionally on the internal architecting of data, storing it and making sure it's clean.

    This is an excellent growth opportunity for someone who is analytical, enjoys solving data problems, and stays up-to-date on emerging technologies in marketing analytics.

    The ideal candidate has experience combining multiple data sources, prepping data for analysis, and building compelling visualizations. He or she has experience building reports and dashboards specific to marketing data. He or she will need to manage concurrent projects and priorities while applying strong problem-solving and project management skills.
    This position may be hybrid at our office in St. Louis, MO, Davidson, NC or St. Paul, MN.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create reports and insights to enable marketers to measure outcomes of different marketing tactics and levers to improve return on marketing investments
    • Develop data structures required to combine multiple data sets to allow for multi-faceted data exploration and performance dashboards
    • Analyze digital and web analytics to better understand site performance and landing page strategies in paid campaigns
    • Support development and deployment of best-in-class analytics solutions to enable simplified self-service capabilities by Marketing
    • Manage deployment of analytics solutions through standard work development, training sessions, and on-going support for business teams.
    • Develop and present complex, customized presentations of findings to marketing leadership

    Qualifications:

    • Undergraduate Degree in business or related field (Marketing / Computer Science / Information Technology / Statistics / Finance / Economics / etc.), or equivalent experience
    • 5 year of analytics experience
    • Strong proficiency with marketing analytics tools such as GA/GA4, Campaign Manager, Facebook/Linkedin, and digital marketing data preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to evaluate solutions from the customer's viewpoint
    • Proficiency with Alteryx and/or Python highly desired or willingness to learn
    • Experience leveraging cloud infrastructure

    • Strategic thinker with proven ability to deliver measurable results
    Base Compensation Range is $95,000 - $135,000. Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan
