    Job Description

    Director of Engineering

    We're seeking a seasoned Director of Engineering to join our remote-friendly team and help Match Success deliver world-class software that significantly impacts the mental health landscape.

    You'll be part of a collaborative team reporting directly into the VP of Engineering, responsible for:

    • Partnering with leaders across product, design, and data to deliver impactful areas such as our marketplace, provider onboarding, and scheduling.
    • Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize projects and balance new feature development with technical debt reduction and infrastructure improvements.
    • Working closely with engineers to improve efficiency, reduce technical debt, and engender best practices.
    • Coaching management teams through career growth through mentorship and timely feedback.
    • Contributing to cross-engineering challenges and driving engineering-wide initiatives.

    You'll Be a Good Fit If You Have:

    • 6+ years of experience as a people manager with high-performing teams.
    • 3+ years of experience as a Director.
    • A strong technical background, with experience as a software engineer.
    • A history of building strong cross-functional relationships that deliver impactful user experiences.
    • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
    • BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
