    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
    • Oversee all new barn construction projects.
    • Manage all facility and ventilation aspects of new barn construction.
    • Manage prints and spec books for each year of new construction and requirements for existing facilities.
    • Help layout and make sure sites meet our standards.
    • Set up controllers, alarms, complete barn start-ups and punch-lists.
    • Complete basic field work at barns - set curtain stops, help with building issues- feed lines, feeders, equipment in general.
    • Manage, track, and forecast completion dates for each project.
    • Manage supplier and builder relationships.
    • Train production staff and producers on ventilation and facility material
    • Evaluate and test new products to be put in grow-finish barns - new feeders, controllers, etc.
    • Provide field support as well as phone support for ventilation, facility, and product issues.
    • Assist development managers with acquiring new and existing producers.
    • Help assess existing sites for upgrades and new requirements.
    • Design and calculate ventilation for new and existing spaces.
    • Input barn data into Mtech database.
    • Other related tasks, as assigned by the manager.
    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • 2-5 years in related Construction Industry
    • Related Education may be substituted for experience.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to travel as required.
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Agricultural building experience
