    Duties and Responsibilities:

    ● Responsible for recruitment and retention of employees

    ● Drives the implementation, communication and execution of all HR policies and procedures

    ● Ensures HR readiness for launch of key business strategic objectives, developments and/or

    organizational change

    ● Fosters and promotes a climate of positive employee and labor relations. Take initiatives that promote positive employee engagement and inspire trust

    ● Strives for continuous improvement through implementing local process enhancements & sharing best practices

    ● Conducts new hire orientations and training

    ● Planning and preparation of company events

    ● Ability to exercise discretion in confidential matters

    Knowledge and Experience:

    ​​​​​​​● Proven Leadership in non-Union Environments

    ● Demonstrated in-depth experience with employee and labor relations

    ●Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, safety, training and development

    ● Skill in developing and implementing salary administration plans and programs

    ● Knowledge of benefits including health care, FMLA, and COBRA

    ● Bilingual (English,Spanish)

    Education:

    ​​​​​​​● Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
