    A Sales Professional position with FASTSIGNS of Centerville gives you the opportunity to consult with people across different industries providing them solutions that make an impact in and around their workplace. Youll spend your days prospecting for new business, meeting with clients, assessing needs and opportunities, networking, and managing customer relationships. You will be selling a unique, exciting product line that changes by the minute - completely based on customer needs and desires.

    The position will start out training in Inside Sales and prospecting through calls and email while you learn the business. As your industry knowledge and confidence grows, the work will shift towards sales calls outside of the office. Once fully trained, job responsibilities include:
    1. Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
    2. Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients using various products and the FASTSIGNS Selling Solution System.
    3. Identify sales prospects and contact them.
    4. Develop and maintain your sales pipeline of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking through the tools provided.
    5. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing and field activity.
    6. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory, including the use of the provided pipeline software to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential.
    7. Develop a complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
    8. Complete all paperwork and follow established center procedures from initiation through completion of a project (i.e., Estimates, Orders. Work Orders, credit approvals, POS entry, pre-payment collection, artwork approval, site surveys, permit filings, delinquent account collection, reporting).
    9. Establish and maintain estimate follow-up procedures.
    10. Constantly be looking for sales opportunities for the center.
    11. Serve as a backup for answering the phone if the franchise partner, manager and sales/service employees are busy assisting other customers.
    12. Assist at the front counter as needed.
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    1. Outgoing and confident personality with a sense of urgency
    2. Willingness to routinely prospect for new customers/business
    3. Ability and willingness to learn new things
    4. Ability to effectively multi-task while working in an often fast-paced environment
    5. Prior sales experience is preferred but not necessary
    6. High school diploma or equivalent
    7. Proficiency with computer software and web0based applications.
    8. Those with Military experience encouraged to apply
