    Job Summary

    We are looking for a dedicated individual to serve as a process engineering presence in our Operations team, offering essential support and feedback throughout our Brewery.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide automation, instrumentation, and controls engineering services for new and existing equipment on production lines.
    • Handle all controls-related activities on the plant floor.
    • Configure PLC, create I/O lists, develop sequence of operations (SOO) documents, program applications, and set up communication interfaces.
    • Program sequence logic, alarms, PID loops, and SCADA display data.
    • Configure GUI for trend charts, alarms, and events records.
    • Maintain PLC software programs ensuring process improvements and safety.
    • Implement continuous process enhancements to elevate quality, safety, and productivity standards.
    • Support maintenance teams in equipment failure prevention and breakdown procedures.
    • Review and approve vendor documentation packages related to equipment control systems.
    • Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to drive Safety, Quality, and Production goals.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in relevant engineering field or equivalent experience.
    • Experience in PLC Programming, HMI, VFD, Motion Control, and Robots.
    • Proficiency in SCADA/HMI systems and various communication methods.
    • Familiarity with automation hardware and software platforms.
    • Ability to enhance engineering documentation and work with control systems.
    • Knowledge of machine safety applications and electrical control panels.
    • Hands-on experience with server, desktop, and ThinClients systems.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
