    Responsibilities:
    Monday-Friday part-time work hours: 8:30 am - 1:30 pmBe the face of Sylvan
    • Enthusiastic, welcoming demeanor and professional appearance & customer service skills.

    Use our center operations software to edit student schedules, keep detailed notes regarding students and families, and assist Leadership Team and Directors with center-specific tasksCreate a welcoming and professional front desk environment for our local Prometric testing center and Sylvan students, families, and community.

    Answer phones and routing phones to appropriate team membersScan documents and filingAssist Prometric testing center to check in candidates, following Prometric guidelinesSchedule and verify information in Sylvan programs Mark attendance daily for each of our franchise-owned Sylvan centers & accurately document teacher hours worked for payrollWork with Leadership Team on marketing initiatives/communications for all franchise-owned Sylvan centersAttend Marketing ZOOM/calls with Leadership Team monthlyAttend Sylvan corporation ZOOM trainings/informational sessions as directed by LeadershipMaintain websites for all franchise-owned Sylvan centersCreate, post, and manage social media platforms for all franchise-owned Sylvan centersCreate and distribute center specific fliers and collateralCreate and distribute monthly student activity calendars and collateralMaintain Sylvan and Prometric supplies monthly in partnership with local Center Director and Prometric DirectorSupport Sylvan and Prometric standards and procedures for students, candidates, and staffOther assigned tasks from Leadership Team

    Knowledge Required:
    Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred (Marketing, Communications, Business, etc)3+ years of customer service1+ years of marketing experienceExperience using Microsoft Office SuiteEmail/Text Marketing platforms such as Constant Contact, EZ Texting, Peach Jar etcExperience with Google SuiteExperience with maintaining Social Media platforms such as Facebook, X, & InstagramSkills &

    Abilities Required:
