    Description
    Our client is a cutting-edge marketing technology firm based in the vibrant city of Boston, MA. As a trailblazer in the industry, they are committed to pushing boundaries and driving impactful results for our clients.

    Position Overview:
    They are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Frontend React Engineer to join their dynamic team.

    In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of their flagship products, contributing your expertise in and frontend technologies to drive innovation and deliver best-in-class user experiences.

    Responsibilities

    Lead the frontend development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and responsive web applications using
    Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate product requirements into technical solutions
    Drive the adoption of best practices in frontend development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation
    Mentor and coach junior members of the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
    Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve our frontend development processes and tooling

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
    5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on
    Proven track record of leading and delivering complex frontend projects from conception to deployment
    Deep understanding of modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a passion for writing clean, maintainable code
    Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX
    Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams
    Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Git, CI/CD pipelines)

    Nice To Have

    Experience with GraphQL and RESTful APIs
    Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications
    Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and/or
    Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the developer community
