Job Description

BAE Systems is hiring a skilled Computer Systems Architect to strategically develop a comprehensive data integration solution for the Sentinel system.
The role involves expertise in data architecture, design, engineering, and manufacturing processes.
Qualified candidates will have a background in software/IT and design/engineering disciplines to propose innovative solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities include Digital Engineering/Digital Threading, integrating traditional engineering artifacts with modern structured data, and working with data stewards to ensure effective data governance.
Required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data/Software Engineering, Computer Science.
Minimum 10 years of experience (8 with a Master's degree).
Experience in data warehouse architecture.
Ability to translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred qualifications:

Engineering or manufacturing experience.
Coding skills in Python, SQL, and/or C#.
Excellent organizational abilities.
Proactive in recommending database system improvements.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $176,130
