- Calendar Management: Manage and maintain calendars for TRP Office of the Director personnel (Director, Deputy Director, Associate Director, Program Manager), understanding priorities and resolving meeting conflicts.
- Information Coordination: Respond to requests from senior officials and staff for information, coordinate and assemble data for senior management inquiries.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate activities for job applicant interviews, internal staff meetings, workshops, seminars, and other events; reserve meeting space and equipment; prepare and distribute agendas and minutes.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and distribute documents and reference materials for meetings, record minutes, discussion decisions, and action items, and centrally store documents.
- SharePoint Management: Develop and maintain SharePoint portal sites for TRP, log attendance at SharePoint trainings.
- Scientific Literature: Assist in the collection, compilation, and distribution of relevant scientific literature.
- SOP Assistance: Assist federal staff with the creation and updates to TRP Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel packages for TRP Office of the Director personnel.
- Work products and documents related to coordinating a wide range of logistical activities supporting TRP operations.
- Documents related to the collection, compilation, and distribution of relevant scientific literature and meeting materials (agendas, summaries, and/or minutes).
