- Manage and maintain scheduling of New Hire Orientation.
- Conduct New Hire Orientation for all incoming BT's
- Prepare New Hire materials
- Manage drug test inventory regionally
- Manages inventory list regionally
- Coordinate with director to set up all new staff with case schedules and information
- Provide support to new staff regionally
- Assist in coverage sessions within assigned reason when not in NHO sessions
- Ability to manage processes and deadlines while adhering to the policies and procedures of the company.
- Ability to work, communicate, and get along with managers, peers, internal staff and families to accomplish Company goals in a collaborative, courteous, and cooperative manner.
- Participate and contribute proactively to team efforts.

- Must hold active RBT Certification

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare, preferred
- 1-2 years medical office scheduling experience required
- 3-5 years' experience preferred
- Strong rapport building skills, especially on the phone

- Ability to work independently towards assigned goals
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

- Ability to learn Rethink software within 90 days
- General office environment.
- Ability to travel frequently to office locations in assigned area as required from corporate headquarters (up to 5% local travel).
- Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds sufficient to cause distraction.
- High demand for telephone work.
- Considerable stress may occur at times due to the pressure of meeting deadlines.
- Performing these duties on a full-time basis is an essential function of this position.
- Must have ability to read and respond to emails and accept calls outside of work hours.

POSITION SUMMARY: The BT Trainer will provide training, support, and session coverage in support of the Region's operations. They maintain accurate records related to the New Hire Training. As well as assist in the creates, maintains, and manages training schedule.
They support HR, Operations, and the Clinical departments and their functions, acting as a reliable source of information to staff, clients, peers, and management.

Receive guidance with respect to general objectives in the majority of tasks and projects assigned. Display a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing assignments efficiently and on time. Demonstrate attention to detail and ensure all spreadsheets and software are updated to accurately reflect current work flow. Operate within company guidelines. Align behavior with the needs, priorities and goals of the organization.
