    Regional Property Manager RoleThe Regional Property Manager role is the glue that holds our internal property management company together.

    They will work hand in hand with our asset management / operations team, our onsite property teams, and our home sales department, to further build out our quickly growing company.

    We only manage our own manufactured home communities - we are not a 3rd party manager.

    We have an amazing business process that keeps everyone on our team rowing in the same direction and we are passionate about our goals, and are protective of our team and culture.

    Do The Following ThingsSound Like You?Do you love working with systems and processes?Are you amazing at follow up, being thorough, and efficiency?How about checking work to make sure your I 's are dotted and T 's are crossed ?Do you like to be practical but also use facts when making decisions?How about a workplace where many challenges are happening at once?Do you love producing high quality work with accuracy and follow through?Could you turn on a dime when you get interrupted, or a deadline quickly changes?Can you be direct in your communication style with just the right amount of charm?Do you want to be a part of the best manufactured housing company in the world?If this describes you, youre absolutely in the right place Here are the responsibilities and qualifications of our next Regional Property ManagerDuties & ResponsibilitiesEssential functions for this job that will lead to success if everything is followedOperate within the 52TEN Way, our rockstar way of doing businessOnboarding and training new onsite Property Managers & Maintenance team membersDocument control and file quality control for onsite Management teamsAssist in the creation of park strategy and work with property level teams to executeProperty level financial oversight (AR/AP/Budgeting)CapEx projects (higher level oversight and financial approval)Oversight of park owned rehabs, rental turns and vendor managementEnsuring compliance with requirements of local municipalities, state law, and insuranceAssist with property software setup (Rent Manager) and error controlManagement of park owned home title inventory and liens for regionBackground screening and approval/denial oversight of all prospective residents into our communitiesProperty document control (leases, rules/regs, violation notices) and adjustmentsAssist with set up, due diligence, and preparing for properties being bought or soldHome sales escrow management, document/process controlLead and hold accountable the on-site property management/maintenance teams to our processesInterviewing, onboarding, hiring/terminating of property level team members as requiredUnderstand and guide decision-making at the properties when it comes to manufactured housing and RV landlord/tenant lawsQuarterly travel for site visits to parks within region or as neededQualifications5+ years in the manufactured housing industryCulture and personality fitAbility to train new team members on our systems and processesExperience in hiring, managing, leading, inspiring, and motivating teamsA genuine interest in working within, utilizing, and exploring new ways to use software and technology within the operations of all facets of real estate managementAbility to develop, implement, and refine processes from high and low levelsAbility to travel 25% of time for site visits to properties in assigned regionAbility to work remotely with provided tools and equipment#J-18808-Ljbffr
