Description

• Responsible for the design, installation, configuration, management and troubleshooting of the exchange environment.
• Creates strategies, design and engineering standards, practices, policies, and procedures relating to messaging.
• Maintains and develops standards for enterprise messaging implementations.
• Collaborates with Network Engineers and System Administrators to provide messaging system enhancements.
• Integrates messaging servers, including backup servers and their associated software into enterprise systems
• Ensures messaging system connectivity of all servers, shared software, and other applications.
• Creates and maintains documentation as it relates to messaging system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.
• Ensures compatibility and interoperability of in-house messaging and communication systems.
• Coordinates and performs in-depth tests for modified and new systems
• Gauges the effectiveness and efficiency of existing messaging systems; develops and implements strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
