    About the Role:
    Payroll analysts perform a variety of analytical tasks in support of the Bank's payroll system.

    Primary responsibilities may include recording, balancing, and reconciling payroll and benefits general ledger accounts and incorporating them into the company's financial statements.

    In addition, they audit an assigned payroll system as well as maintain, track, and submit payments for miscellaneous payroll deductions.

    This role includes documenting system changes, policies, and procedures to ensure standardization and efficiency of payroll processing and workflows.

    Payroll analysts also provide assistance with upgrades, rollouts of systems to ensure system functionally, and provide appropriate user education and support.

    They might be asked to process payroll data to produce complete and accurate payroll checks, payroll taxes, and payroll report filing.

    This includes IRS tax reports, corporate reports, and management reports. + Perform varied analytical and technical assignments related to the operation of the payroll system + Reconcile all Payroll and Benefits general ledger accounts monthly + Reconcile and audit Executive Deferred Compensation Plan (EDCP) deductions and reports from the system + Reconcile and manage the HR/Payroll checking account + Serve as the primary contact for the payroll module and liaison with vendor + Prepare payroll taxes for bi-weekly and quarterly reporting + Prepare documentation for annual audits as needed + Generate relevant reports as necessary for ad hoc requests (quart To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
