    Job Description

    You will form part of our Advisory team, specialising in Talent Acquisition.

    A centralised team will be built who will be responsible for handling all administrative tasks as well as complex queries from our Centres of Expertise.

    This is a significant step towards streamlining our operations, standardising processes, improving efficiency and optimising resource to provide a seamless experience for colleagues, a critical success factor.


    You will serve as the primary escalation point for all queries from Tier 1 People Services and will relieve our Centres of Expertise from administrative tasks, reporting and the management of complex queries.


    This is a newly created team who will play a pivotal role in shaping and building our People Services function.

    The team has the autonomy to define the scope while embedding this new model. This Global team will deliver an efficient, colleague focused service, driving simplicity, new ways of working and standardisation.

    Key Responsibilities

    The primary responsibility of the Talent Acquisition Specialist is to administer the flow of candidates (both internal and external) during the recruiting process through close partnership with the Talent Acquisition team, including :


    • Responsible for scheduling all candidate interviews, working closely with the TA partners
    and hiring managers.


    • Ensuring an iconic candidate experience.
    • Carrying out all background checks and RTW checks prior to candidates starting, aligned
    to the regional legal requirements .


    • Working closely with the HRIS team, ensuring all vacancy details are accurate and
    processing any changes.


    • Supporting candidates on work visas through the visa process, working in collaboration
    with TA and global mobility.


    • Processing all offers for new hires in the ATS and ensuring the candidate is supported
    through the onboarding process.


    • Managing all internal offers and dealing with colleagues as they progress through the
    recruitment process.


    • Processing any referral payments in the system for payroll to include in colleagues
    salaries where necessary.


    • Building strong working relationships with the COE , managers and colleagues
    Requirements (Skill/Experience)


    • Proficiency in English language, verbal and written.
    • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to draw meaningful and reliable conclusions from
    large, complex and sometimes incomplete datasets.


    • Ability in basic statistics (mean, median, quartiles, standard deviation, linear regression)
    and ability to apply knowledge of basic economics (nominal vs. real wages, supply and
    demand, productivity).


    • Strong understanding of market pay dynamics.
    • Ability to build complex excel models, enabling analysis to be refreshed on a regular
    basis taking minimum time & effort.


    • Strong communication and presentation skills required, and experience with stakeholder
    interface and relationship building


    • 2+ years of experience in an applicable field
