    Job Summary

    Responsible for sales of all polymer products in Electrical & Electronic Segment with focus on top innovative global Electrical & Electronic brand owners and captive brand owners. Key responsibilities include identifying strategic alignment and implementing development programs to create solutions to address unmet needs at the customer level and within the Electrical & Electronics market.

    How You Can Be the Impact

    • Identify and lead strategic initiatives to drive growth programs with the top innovative Electrical & Electronics brand owners and captive brand owners headquartered in the United States.
    • Leverage the entire SABIC Petchem polymer portfolio, including TrucircleTM Solutions, to help customers meet technical needs and sustainability goals.
    • Build customer intimacy by facilitating executive sponsorship and leveraging multiple customer facing touch points via technical support & sustainability teams.
    • Lead collaborative initiatives via internal and external cross-functional teams. Coach and support peers/colleagues to create interdependent and enterprise working environment.
    • Execute commercial contracts and supporting legal agreements including NDAs, JDAs, statements of work, letters of intent, etc.
    • Understand and support global Value Chain Partner map of brand owner, including 3rd party processors and distribution partners, to strengthen SABIC position.

    What Matters to SABIC

    • B.S. Degree, Masters or higher.
    • Minimum 10+ years of experience in market development/sales of Engineering Thermoplastics.
    • Lead cross-functional customer facing and internal meetings with clear agenda and time efficiency.
    • Help prioritize application development and NPI projects and obtain necessary internal resources to reach technology goals.
    • Manage sales targets (volume, premium, DIFF/HAV) against E&E business plan. Track, analyze, and communicate with stakeholders/management.
    • Report market dynamics/competitive information and update sales activities to manager and other internal stakeholders.
    • Address customer complaints and implement creative solutions for customer potential needs that will bring new opportunities to increase product sales.
    • Meet or exceed top line global volume growth targets.
    • Provide monthly/quarterly sales forecast and improve forecast accuracy.
    • Travel 25% - 50%
