Position: Full Time Floor Technician
The Floor Technician at Edenbrook on Second Avenue is responsible for the cleaning, maintenance, and care of all floor surfaces throughout the facility. This includes scrubbing, stripping, refinishing floors, and performing carpet care according to the manager's directions. The Floor Technician will also assist with emergency cleaning, equipment maintenance, and additional duties, such as moving furniture and cross-training in housekeeping and laundry.
