    **Inventory Planner**

    **Inventory Planner**

    **Please be Advised this is an in-office role 5 days per week located on 230 5th Ave in Manhattan**

    Salary: $80,000-$90,000

    Responsibilities :

    + Planning inventory flow

    + Pull inventory reports from ERP system (BlueCherry) and update sales spreadsheets

    + Work closely with product development, production, sourcing and sales departments.

    + Maintain detailed account recaps/matrix.

    + Set up and monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy

    + Thoroughly review, familiarize and understand existing BOM structure as well as the physical products

    + Key participant in developing and managing company SOP, assembly & parts drawing database process

    + Manage inventory levels to meet corporate goals

    + Coordinate and manage monthly cycle counts for all manufacturing locations and distribution center; key participant in annual physical inventory

    + Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy; investigate & reconcile discrepancies & negatives

    + Posting of daily production and inventory transactions

    + Analyze data and collaborate with Sr. Production Planner to determine and apply appropriate ordering, inventory, and replenishment policies

    + Key point person & contributor in RGA processing procedures

    + Identify current and potential product shortages, develop and execute recovery, advise interested parties of status and recovery plans

    Desired Skills:

    + Bachelors Degree Required: Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics

    + Master's Degree Preferred: Business Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering

    + 3+ years of experience in inventory/supply chain field is required

    + Must be a versatile, self-motivated, innovative individual who pays close attention to detail

    + Superior communication skills and presentation skills

    + Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills

    + Excellent time management, multitasking, problem solving and organizational skills

    + Proficient in MS Office suite; Excellent Excel Skills, BlueCherry ERP
