MAJOR FUNCTION:
Provide professional nursing care through the nursing process. Meet the needs of the patient, family, and multidisciplinary team through communication, coordination, and evaluation. Comply with all policies and procedures; nursing standards of practice and regulatory bodies.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with current licensure in theState of New Jersey.
You must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program from an accredited school of professional nursing and graduate on or before the second employment anniversary date into a nursing position.

Experience:
Medical Surgical nursing experience preferred One-year clinical experience in specialty area required for per diem positions, two years preferred C
Certification/Licensure:
Current valid licensure with New Jersey State Board of Nursing as required by lawAmerican Heart Association BLS requiredAmerican Heart Association ACLS required within 6 months of hireCritical Care Course required within 6 months of hire Dysrhythmia course required within 3 months of hireNational Certification in area of specialty preferred
