- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. CPA a plus.
- Minimum 6+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERPs like Yardi.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.
- Flexible, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
