- Supporting the Supervisors and Manager of Trim to guide and train Trim department members to organize and process the harvested plants.
- Data Entry input for harvested and processed plants and harvest batches, supporting the organizing and securing of all METRC tags.
- Ensuring accurate and legible logging of a variety of spreadsheets and labels.
- Support the communication and secure transport of plants from the Production area to Trim room to Post Trim room.
- Operating the Bucker machinery as instructed and trained, safely. Properly using the machinery and maintaining it.
- Quality assurance review of product to be properly separated and processed.
- Properly achieving Top Cut objectives to maintain quotas per harvest batch.
- Clear understanding of workflow throughout the Trim department.
- Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by leadership to meet daily and weekly, individual and team production and quality standards.
- Execute the daily and weekly goals for harvesting plants in the Trim department. Processing the plants accordingly, separating bud material product, extraction material product, and unhealthy product consistently.
- Be prepared to change technique and instruction based on variables, R&D codes, and plant attributes.
- Assist associates to achieve team goals, and support the Supervisors of Trim with instructed requests. Be prepared to support instructing and guiding Processors in the department.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment following GMP certified procedures.
- Properly use equipment and supplies to maintain its integrity and longevity.
- Be prepared to execute tasks within the Processing department, along with assisting towards company and facility objectives.
- Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Meet daily quotas.

- Working in proper PPE at all times of scheduled shift to sustain GMP model certification.
- Able to kneel, bend, reach, rotate, and stoop on an intermittent to regular basis daily.
- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Consistent on-time attendance for all scheduled shifts. Prepared for full 40 hour week working scheduled shifts with occasional overtime shifts to complete daily and weekly objectives.
