    Compensation : $ 70,000 - $90,000 + PAID Relocation

    We're seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Director of Catering Services, responsible for orchestrating and supervising all aspects of our catering operations across multiple units or within a large account. From planning and executing events to managing budgets and fostering client relationships, this role offers a diverse range of responsibilities and opportunities for growth.

    Responsibilities:
    • Oversee the entire catering operation, including event booking, team supervision, menu development, pricing, hiring, and administrative tasks
    • Ensure seamless preparation, service, and cleanup for all catering events, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
    • Innovate and implement catering solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients
    • Cultivate strong client and customer relationships, providing exceptional service and exceeding expectations
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for catering services, driving sales and enhancing brand visibility
    • Establish and enforce service and presentation standards, ensuring consistency and compliance across all operations
    • Drive business growth and client retention through the introduction of new services and proactive client engagement
    • Stay informed about industry trends and products, advising clients, customers, and staff accordingly
    • Collaborate in sales processes and contract negotiations, assisting clients in planning special events
    • Lead and train catering team members, setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of excellence
    • Take ownership of sales, food, and labor targets, ensuring they are met or exceeded
    • Manage catering events of various sizes and scopes, overseeing staffing and logistics
    • Maintain accurate accounting records for all catering-related revenue, expenses, and receivables
    • Ensure compliance with food safety, occupational safety, and environmental regulations
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum 4+ years of catering experience, with at least 3+ years in a management role
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Flexibility to work event-based hours, including evenings and weekends
    • Completion of Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as necessary
    Additional Information:
    • Physical demands may include lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing or walking
    • Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required
    • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience(10yrs+) in the food service industry will also be considered
