    WHAT YOU'


    LL DO:
    Facilitate initial meetings with clients to set candidate qualifications.
    Proactively identify and engage passive candidates online.
    Efficiently screen resumes and applications.
    Conduct interviews and curate shortlists of top-tier candidates.
    Keep clients informed on recruitment progress.
    Prepare candidates for client interviews.
    Build talent pipelines for future opportunities.
    Maintain meticulous records of candidate interactions, including resumes and evaluations.
    Manage and grow client relationships.
    Drive new business through strategic development efforts.

    Compensation:
    A competitive $40,000 base salary with an enticing commission structure.
