Job Duties as the Project Accountant:

• Assist in month-end close and monthly construction draws
• Oversee project receivables and payables, ensuring subcontractors are paid in a timely manner
• Create monthly financial reporting metrics to track revenue and project costs
• Assist with journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable duties as assigned

Qualifications for this Accountant position:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting and Experience or Construction Management
• 4+ years of accounting experience within the construction industry
• Viewpoint software experience required
