    Community Support Specialist/QMHP-A (Arlington Area)


    Are you a passionate mental health professional seeking a fulfilling career where you can directly impact lives? HopeLink Behavioral Health is looking for a dedicated Community Support Specialist/Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-A) to join our team in Arlington, VA.

    In this full-time role, you will:
    Collaborate with clients to assess their needs, develop personalized recovery plans, and provide skill-building activities.
    Advocate for clients, liaise with care providers, and ensure coordinated care.
    Provide crisis intervention, education, and supportive counseling.
    Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

    You are a great fit for this role if you have:
    QMHP certification (preferred) or eligibility for QMHP certificationBachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field (preferred)

    Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsProficiency in relevant computer programsA strong empathy for individuals with serious mental illnessWhat We Offer:
    Competitive salary range: $48,000 - $54,000 (based on qualifications and experience)
