    Job Title: HVAC Technician

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team.

    Job Summary:

    AHVAC Technicians diagnose, install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils and replacing filters
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to determine the best course of action
    • Repair or replace defective parts or components
    • Test system performance using specialized tools and equipment
    • Explain maintenance procedures to customers and provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 4-5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician or in a related field
    • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including refrigeration principles
    • Knowledge of the fundamentals of how residential heaters, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment operate and function
    • Proficient in welding and soldering techniques
    • Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certification
    • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

    Work Environment:

    • Extreme temperatures (hot/cold)
    • Climbing, heavy lifting, loud noise, crawling, working in confined spaces, pushing/pulling, carrying equipment, bending, turning, kneeling

    The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
