Description

Michael Grasso DDS is currently seeking a Dental Assistant/ Sterilization Tech to join his dynamic team This will be a Part-Time position Beautiful practice, modern dentistry with a dedicated, loyal team, focused on quality dentistry and lifetime care.

*Experience in Admin (Front Office/Scheduling) would be a huge plus

Office Hours:

Tuesday: 6:30 am - 5:30 pm
Wednesday: 6:30 am - 5:30 pm
Thursday : 6:30 am - 5:30 pm

Compensation/Benefits:

Competitive Hourly Pay

Requirements

X-Ray Proficiency
Coronal Polish/Sealant Certification preferred but not required
High school graduate or equivalent
Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures
Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
CPR certification
Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
Integrity-focused work ethic
Team-player attitude
Ability to multi-task
Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
Light Admin/Front Office duties
