    **Responsibilities:**

    Maintain a safe and clean work area.

    Follows assembly instructions and quality procedures to meet output requirements.

    Support the training of team members and collaborates to drive improvement and efficiency.

    Maintains a good working relationship with department colleagues and the supporting departments.

    Communicates and seeks guidance where there are errors or difficulty in assembly or build.

    Performs quality work checks to ensure the assembly meets quality standards.

    **Skill / Experience / Education**

    High School diploma or equivalent

    Knowledge and experience of the principles of electrical or mechanical component constructions and assembly, dependent on assigned area.

    Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings and diagrams.

    Experience with hand tools and small power tools.

    Ability to work with minimal supervision.

    Ability to climb a ladder to reach top locations on assemblies.

    Requires standing for most of the day and will include work at floor level as well as atop a ladder.

    Light assembly of components ranging from small fittings, piping to light metal framework.
