    About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Head of Partnerships to spearhead the development of strategic and revenue-generating alliances that will expand the reach of its AI-powered platform within the dental ecosystem. This pivotal role is focused on building and managing partnerships with dental practice management software companies and technology providers to integrate and distribute the platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the partnership strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver joint go-to-market initiatives, and driving the growth of the company's market presence through strategic partnership and channel opportunities.

    The ideal candidate for the Head of Partnerships role at the company is a relationship-driven professional with a deep understanding of the dental technology landscape. They should have a proven track record in dental technology, practice management, or healthcare SaaS, with a background in companies such as dental practice management software or healthcare SaaS. Key qualifications include demonstrated success in selling to or partnering with dental practices or dental service organizations, strong business development and negotiation skills, and the ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic startup environment.
