We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Denver team As a hands-on Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of mechanical engineers to support our clients. You will be responsible for understanding all technical areas of a market segment and directing the work of the team in that market. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting, fast-paced projects with high-profile clients in a collaborative process to find the right solutions for their unique needs.


    What You Will Be Doing:

    Lead the mechanical design with a team of engineers to ensure projects are complete, accurate, and in accordance with good engineering practices and client criteria.

    Lead the coordination of the project deliverables along with the Project Management team, BIM team and other project team members to ensure the projects meets the client's expectations.

    Participate in scope and fee development for new project opportunities and contribute to preparation of proposal documents.

    Contribute to the success of your projects in the following areas:

    A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering from an ABET accredited four-year college or university.
    Successful performance at this career level typically requires years of verifiable professional experience in the area of mechanical engineering. A proven track record of motivating engineering teamsRegistration as a Professional Engineer. Must be available to travel occasionally.

    Requires the ability to pass background checks, security screenings or drug testing as required by our clients and/or Federal contracts.

    Must be authorized to work in the United States.
