    We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to fill the full-time hybrid role of Data and Billing Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large data sets, comparing payments to invoices, and handling invoicing tasks within our organization. This position requires a high level of proficiency in Excel, along with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify discrepancies.

    Responsibilities:

    Utilize Excel to analyze and compare various datasets, identifying inconsistencies and errors.

    Conduct regular comparisons of system invoices to customer remittances.

    Generate invoices accurately and promptly, based on provided data and billing guidelines.

    Monitor accounts receivable to track payments and overdue invoices.

    Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and address customer inquiries related to billing.

    Assist in the development and implementation of billing processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

    Generate reports and provide analysis to support decision-making processes related to billing and collections.



    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on data analysis and billing (if no degree, must have at least five years of billing and data analysis).

    High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues effectively.

    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.

    Solid understanding of billing processes and procedures.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
