- Plan, implement and maintain management systems and company registration to standards.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of quality control principles and QA audit functions.

- Extensive knowledge of quality assurance processes and procedures.

- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication and telephone etiquette. Able to communicate with people at all levels.
- Interacts effectively with individuals and groups inside and outside the organization.
- PC experience in a Microsoft Windows environment, proficient with internet e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Tableau, SharePoint, and other software.
- Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Quality Manager/Engineer a plus.
- Six sigma green a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree is typically expected.
- Degree in engineering or quality or process a plus.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Internal candidates:
Minimum of 5 years total management experience, including a minimum 3 years as an exceptional performing Mouser Manager.
External candidates:
Minimum 6 years of total management experience, including 4 years experience as a manager or higher-level management position.
