Job Title: Laminator Operator

Operating lamination/printing equipment in the production of flexible laminates for use in the aerospace industry.

Shift/Pay:

• Monday – Friday 7am – 3pm
• $21.00 – $25.00 (Depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a 3-man laminating/mixing/printing crew.
• Monitor the quality of raw materials as well as finished goods.
• Provide samples to quality control personnel as required
• Move, load and unload inventory and other materials and equipment utilizing a variety of forklifts
• Set up machine controls in accordance with SOP
• Monitor machine settings, controls & readouts
• Monitor adhesive level lay-down, material tracking & oven temp

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years lamination, printing and/or coating experience.
• Operating mixing equipment oxidizers A PLUS
• Knowledge of adhesive formulations A PLUS
• 3 years forklift experience
• Mechanical Aptitude
• Experience in Excel

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting (as needed for paperwork, forklift operation or other duties)
• Regularly lifting up to 70 lbs
• Stooping, crouching, crawling, walking and or climbing
• Reaching, pushing/pulling, carrying, grasping
