    How Is This Role Important to Our Work?

    As an intern, you will be working on a brand new evidence storage and documentation tool for our various accreditation and certification programs. This work is required by Government oversight. Your main responsibilities will include:

    • Loading various documents into the tool and associating / tagging them to relevant program citations
    • Gaining a higher knowledge level of Microsoft programs
    • Adding metadata to the documents to facilitate the reporting process
    • Creating and programming the initial set of evidence reports that our programs need to capture usingPower BI
    • Developing automated notifications to request updated/new documents from business partners upon or just before expiration usingPower Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow)
    • Documenting all the processes and procedures for using and maintaining the tool usingMicrosoft SharePointandMicrosoft Teams

    Nice to Have:
    • A strong interest in evidence management and accreditation or certification programs
    • Knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, and Microsoft Teams
    • Classes in Public administration
    Required Skills and Experiences:
    • Basic knowledge of document management systems and reporting
    • Strong Problem Solving skills
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • College Graduation date from 4 yr program by Spring 2025 or earlier
    • High degree of curiosity and interest in learning more about the Microsoft software noted in "Nice to Have"
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
