    Responsibilities

    • Lead the organization's Agile transformation efforts by assessing current practices, identifying areas for improvement, and developing a comprehensive Agile adoption strategy
    • Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders at all levels, guiding them in the adoption and implementation of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks
    • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and seminars on Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and other Agile frameworks, to build organizational capability and foster a culture of learning and innovation
    • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as iteration planning, daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they are effective forums for collaboration, communication, and problem-solving
    • Act as a change agent, influencing mindset shifts and cultural changes necessary for successful Agile adoption, and addressing resistance to change through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution.
    • Coordinating product development activities across the MNSS contract.
    • Promoting DevOps and continuous delivery pipeline (CDP) to help coordinate releases and plan additional activities to deliver a solution.
    • Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration within the organization by establishing communities of practice, organizing forums, and sharing best practices, lessons learned, and success stories related to Agile adoption and implementation.

    Qualifications

    • Security Clearance Level: Interim secret required but must be able to obtain TS/SCI
    • Must possess Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or equivalent Agile certification.
    • The SPC shall be well versed in Lean-Agile principles and adept in advocating organizational adoption and implementation of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
    • The SPC shall be a Servant Leader/Coach, vice an active manager/director, who drives and facilitates the formation and execution of an Agile Release Train (ART).
    • Proven experience 8 years working as an Agile Coach, Product Owner or Scrum Master in large-scale enterprise environments, with expertise in implementing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
    • Deep understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, LeSS) and their application in diverse contexts.
    • Strong coaching, facilitation, and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and influence individuals and teams at all levels of the organization.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build rapport, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus among stakeholders.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex situations, identify root causes, and develop pragmatic solutions to address them.
    • Experience in change management, organizational development, or related fields is a plus.
    • Proficiency in Agile tools and techniques for project management, collaboration, and tracking (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is desirable.
