    JOB SUMMARY

    Responsible for conducting final quality checks before boxing the products and ensuring proper labeling according to work orders.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure proper icing of all fish orders.
    • Assist in the salmon line run.
    • Responsible for proper boxing, weight recording, and labeling of seafood based on work orders.
    • Accurate completion of work orders for Customer service.
    • May assist in salmon prep, filleting, and line production of other species.
