Our client, a provider of homecare, hospice, and related health services, is hiring a Physician Assistant to join their growing team

Position Highlights:

• Full-time (4 x 10) delivering in home care
• 4-7 Patients per day
• No Weekends, No Holidays

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Independent decision making and self motivation.
• Must be able to work efficiently with electronic medical record software.
• Approximate percent of time required to travel for training/education of Physician Assistant: 10-20%.

Licenses/Certifications/Agreements:

• Current license as a Physician Assistant as required by state law for Physician Assistant licensure
• Current Physician Assistant National Certification, PA-C
• Collaborative agreement with a supervising physician, that is part of the Professional Services Corporation, that is agreeable to supervise work in advanced illness management and palliative care program, as required by state law
• Part B Provider certification
• Federal DEA license
• State DEA license (if required)
• Current automobile insurance and valid driver's license

Training/Equipment:

• Fluent competence in computer/smart phone navigation
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Must have and maintain reliable transportation to be used for work
