    • Assist in development, implementation, and sustainment of the Reliability Program. Partner with external suppliers in development of joint program based on shared best practices.
    • Ability to effectively communicate with site teams (All levels) on Reliability Program development, implementation status, upcoming actions/events, and help needed. Ability to communicate the higher-level strategy as well as the tactical execution.
    • Leads teams to develop complex conceptual analysis to determine the cause of asset failures and reduction in asset capacity by using reliability tools and methods (e.g., life cycle analysis, condition-based maintenance, root cause failure methodology, mean time between failures, fault tree analysis, etc.)
    • Use engineering practices to avoid failures occurring in equipment and processes and identify and manage asset reliability risks that may adversely affect plant or business operations
    • Leads others in engineering and facilitating the implementation of complex improvements in asset effectiveness, availability, and maintainability; to specify configuration of new assets to support reliability programs.
    • Leads a team of stakeholders in the acquisition and modification of assets to enable the customer to achieve the defined business objectives in accordance with company and accounting policies.
    • Be involved in the design and installation stages of projects for new and modification of existing assets and conduct and develop various analysis methods for determining reliability of components, equipment, and processes.
    • Perform analysis of equipment reliability issues and investigations to determine the level of reliability required for the particular issue considering the economic limitations for equipment up/down time, repair/replacement costs, weight, size, and availability of materials/equipment.
    • Acquire process and equipment data and conduct analysis of the data including preparation for diagrams, charts, drawings, calculations, and reports for defining reliability problems and recommendations for improvements and optimization.
    • Develops and updates design standards and site-specific operating procedures in order to establish common practices.
    • Participates in technical committees.
    • Leads the business decision making process by providing input to strategic, short-term, and long-term infrastructure planning; completes studies; analyzes current conditions and future requirements; recommends capital improvements; gathers and analyzes data; and works with both internal and external customers in order to identify and assess alternatives and impacts.

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    • Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)
    • Certified Reliability Engineer (CRL)
    • Expertise in multiple areas of maintenance and reliability, material management, planning and scheduling, and CMMS / EAM / ERP optimization
    • Be competent with data analysis techniques that can include Statistical Process Control
    • OEE Overall Equipment Effectiveness
    • Reliability modeling and prediction
    • RCFA fault analysis techniques
    • Be competent in the implementation of Predictive/Maintenance
    • Vibration Sampling and Analysis
    • Lubrication Sampling and Analysis
    • Thermography: Mechanical, Electrical
    • Ultrasonic Thickness, Ultrasonic Sound: Electrical, Mechanical, Air
    • Machine Alignment and Balancing
