    We are seeking a Fine Dining Sous Chef for our upscale Steakhouse in Scottsdale, AZ who is highly professional, presents a polished appearance, and has a high-energy personality.
    Job Qualifications:
    • Steakhouse/fine dining experience is a must;
    • You are a highly professional individual with a polished presentation;
    • You are a high-energy candidate that is looking to grow his career;
    • We are specifically looking for a greener candidate who is willing to come in at the bottom and learn from more senior Sous Chefs to work his way up through our system.

    Job Responsibilities:As a Fine Dining Sous Chef at our Scottsdale location, you would:
    • Assist the Executive Chef in managing the operations of our steakhouse kitchen.
    • Ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
    • Supervise and train the kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards.
    • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and update menu offerings.
    • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
    • Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation standards.
    • Help in creating and implementing new recipes and menu items.
    • Monitor and control food costs and waste.
    • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
