- Special Needs Planning: Expertise in special needs planning, ensuring the financial security of individuals with disabilities.
- Long-Term Care Planning: Proficiency in long-term care planning, addressing the needs of aging clients.
- Collaborate with a dynamic eleven-person Tax and Trusts and Estates group.
- Provide legal counsel to clients on trusts, estates, and related matters.
- Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
- Represent clients in probate proceedings and estate administration.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the New Jersey State Bar.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
