Position: Mid-Level Associate Attorney

Practice Area: Tax, Trusts, and Estates

Experience Required: 2+ years of experience in trusts and estates.

Focus Areas:

• Elder Law: Comprehensive knowledge of elder law, including legal matters related to seniors.
• Special Needs Planning: Expertise in special needs planning, ensuring the financial security of individuals with disabilities.
• Long-Term Care Planning: Proficiency in long-term care planning, addressing the needs of aging clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a dynamic eleven-person Tax and Trusts and Estates group.
• Provide legal counsel to clients on trusts, estates, and related matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Represent clients in probate proceedings and estate administration.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the New Jersey State Bar.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
