We are continuously leveraging new technology to build immersive and interactive viewing experiences. We are essential to Warner Bros. Discovery's continued growth - building world-class products from the ground-up for our iconic brands like HBO Max, Discovery Channel, CNN, Food Network, HGTV, Eurosport, MotorTrend, and many more.

    About The Role

Warner Bros Discovery Direct to Consumer (DTC), a division of WBD, is looking for a Product Manager to join our Experience Tools Team. Our team is responsible for the suite of tools that power our industry-leading DTC customer experiences engaged by millions across the globe. As an Experience Tools Product Manager, you will work closely with product, design, and business stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of the customer experiences that grow, engage, and monetize our audience and collaborate closely with your partners in engineering to design, prioritize, and oversee development for the systems needed to bring those customer experiences to life. You will help define and execute on the long term vision, strategy, and roadmap that powers our best in class curation.

Day-to-day, you'll succeed by learning what's worth doing that is simultaneously usable, valuable, and feasible, through utilizing product discovery and technical thinking. You'll connect regularly with stakeholders across the company to gain a deep understanding of our content and customer experiences and collaborate closely with your engineering partners to become a subject matter expert on the tools that power them. You'll contribute to a dedicated, cross-functional Agile team by communicating vision, authoring detailed requirements and specifications documentation, prioritizing the backlog, and coordinating regularly and clearly with partners and stakeholders. You have a solid understanding of large-scale, international media curation operations and how they can be leveraged to build cohesive experiences for users.

As the ideal candidate, you're a driven, passionate advocate for your customers, your business, and your engineering partners with a sense of urgency to make things better wherever you are. You're always handy with a strong point of view, but you're open-minded and can admit when you're wrong. Your team loves working with you because you're a pleasure to be around and lead through inspiration and motivation rather than rules and hierarchies. A good story has made your way more than a good data point, but you've always got both at hand.

If this sounds like you, and you're excited to work with great people, we'd love to meet up
