- Supporting shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues promptly, and resolving them effectively;
- Ensuring timely movement of merchandise while following all guidelines and procedures;
- Maintaining organized store inventory through cycle counts and scheduled inventories;
- Identifying and resolving operational problems efficiently;
- Keeping clear and accurate operations documentation for reference;
- Communicating discrepancies to management right away;
- Handling repairs and damages according to company standards;
- Overseeing the physical maintenance of the boutique;
- Ordering necessary supplies for the office and store;
- Minimizing loss and achieving set goals during events;
- Training on current product selection.
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- 1-2 years of related experience.
- Strong communication abilities, both with customers and team members;
- Detail-oriented with excellent product knowledge;
- Basic math skills and ability to operate a register;
- Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills;
- Proficient with technology and able to navigate multiple devices;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
- Physical requirements include standing, walking, and lifting up to 25lbs.
