The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating the successful execution of IT projects by coordinating various tasks, resources, and stakeholders.

This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and effective communication abilities.


Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project managers to create detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and milestonesDevelop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all project activities align with the overall project goalsCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors to allocate resources effectively.

Track resource utilization and availability, adjusting plans as needed to ensure optimal project performanceIdentify potential risks and issues related to project delivery and proactively work with the team to develop mitigation strategies

Maintain a risk register and escalate critical issues to the project manager as needed

Job Requirements:

3+ years of experience in an IT Project Coordinator roleExperience with Agile or other project management methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
High-level understanding of key areas of the project management methodologyProven ability to manage internal and external development projects from inception to successful implementationDetermines and defines project scope and objectivesIdentifies efficient work breakdown structure for the project
